Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide our customer network with a unique opportunity to obtain personal training, diet guidance and up-to-date fitness and nutritional tips and information.

 

Course Description

Both high and low impact options are available. Your instructor has hundreds of hours of experience leading both disciplines. Participants that follow the prescribed exercise and diet guidelines should expect to loose three or more pounds a week and maintain or increase muscle mass. Instruction of proper form is key to the success of this program. Champion Style Athletics is committed to maintaining a ten-to-one student-to-teacher ratio.

 

- Class will be held at 7:30 a.m. four days a week.

- You will receive a 90-day curriculum along with a diet plan and shopping list(s).

- Nutritional meal supplements will be provided before and after your workouts. You will receive a meal bar before and a recovery drink and protein snack afterwards.

- Class is open to spouses.

 

Cost

FitCamp will cost a total of $600.00 or $12.50 a session. There will be a minimum of ten participants per group/session.
