Massage Therapy
Massage-"manual action" of soft tissue of the human body.
When describing what type of massage we offer, it might be expanding a little in saying that we provide both general relaxation, deep tissue and therapeutic massage which incorporate a variety of techniques including Swedish, Trigger Point, Connective Tissue, CMT, etc.
For competative individuals, massage also helps soft tissue recover and heal. Individuals and athletes are encouraged to add this healthy relaxing ritual to their fitness regimen.

Mechanics Aptitude Pre-Test Testing
In addition to incorporating strength training and conditioning, we also work to improve the skill level of athletes. We provide sport-specific training as well as general training.
We are also an official universal athletic testing site. We provide trainings that are test-specific.
If high school students are looking to play sports in college,
this testing
is a must. It is also good for college sudents and professional athletes looking to improve
and/or play at an elevated level.
