About Shutdown Camp '08 
This pre season camp is designed to prepare the committed defensive back for quality repetitions during fall competition.Camp Highlights:
- Lateral movement optimization
- Speed and agility training
- Functional trainings(movements of sports with resistance and correction)
- Suspension training (train the body parts to work in unison)
- Sand-pit workout(improve form and technique with out wearing down)

Sessions 1,2 and 3 - July: 28, 29 & 31Sessions 4,5 and 6 - August: 1, 2 & 4Times:6:00pm to 7:30pm each scheduled eveningCost:$150.00
